KT&G Holds ‘2015 Cine Icon’, Rerun of the Movie with Attention
- 20 movies are reshown for the next ten days with an actor / actress of the year

KT&G holds ‘2015 Cine Icon: Actor / Actress’ event showing movies with selected actor or actress of the year.

In its fifth year, ‘Cine Icon’ differentiated from existing shows focused on directors or movies, has drawn attention from the public by selecting movies with the actor or actress of the year. In particular, selection for actor of the year and relevant movies had been made from both independent art movie and commercial movies is regarded to provide the public with an opportunity to see movies of a variety of genre and contribute to the expansion of movie industry.

The event will be held at KT&G Sangsang Madang Cinema located at Hongdae Street, the center of culture in Seoul, between Christmas day and January 3rd. A total of 20 movies including 14 movies with Do-yeon Jeon, Jae-young Jung and Charlize Theron, selected as ‘2015 Cine Icon, 3 movies with rising stars for first-runs, and 3 movies of a Japanese master director, Koreeda Hirokazu, will be run.
