KT&G helps college student through one-to-one mentoring program
- Participants for the third “Sangsang Career Camp”, a career consulting program are invited. 

Until July 12, KT&G is inviting participants for the third “Sangsang Career Camp”, a program offering one-on-one career consulting to university students.

“Sangsang Career Camp” is KT&G’s unique program developed to deliver tangible help to college students who are preparing for their first career. For four days, the program participants get individual evaluation and “prescriptions”, career advice, so that they could get tangible aid in building their career plan.

The program includes lessons on how to give a good impression and how to write effective cover letters, and actual career development such as individual mentoring, team building, and mock interviews. In particular, according to the participants’ needs, this time one-on-one mentoring service and company aptitude test lessons were newly added to the program.

Each time 100 participants are selected to “Sangsang Career Camp”, and former programs have been so popular that the acceptance rate was 1:12 last year and 1:10 this year. Chul-soon Lim, a partcipant of the program last year, succeeded in his job search, and has commented about the program that “it was very helpful because I received a clear evaluation of myself and a personalized feedback”.

All college students may apply to join the program. Applications are accepted through Sangsang Univ website(www.sangsanguniv.com). After the screening process, 100 participants will be selected on July 30. The program will run through Aug 18 to 21, an will take place at KT&G Human Resource Development Center.
