653 Recruiting the popular marketing education for college students ‘KT&G Sangsang Market 2014.06.30

 

KT&G(CEO: Mr. Min Young-jin) recruits college students to the ‘Sangsang Marketing School’ to experience practical marketing and to be coached for it  until August 1st.
 
The ‘Sangsang Marketing School’, started in 2010, is a marketing education program with total 9,500 students in seven events. Last year, it was selected the first position in the ‘best outdoor activities – marketing sector’ surveyed by the employment portal, Job Korea and others.
 
The ‘Sangsang Marketing School’ consists of lectures from marketers of main companies and competitive marketing presentation. The eight Sangsang Marketing School this year will invite marketers from companies preferred by college students such as Google, Yuhan-Kimberly, and NHN, and raise satisfaction and quality of education.
 
Any college students attending or on leave of absence in college with two years and higher can participate and the application can be submitted through KT&G SangsangUniv Homepage(www.sangsanguniv.com). The selected 1,040 students will participate in the ‘Sangsang Marketing School’ from August 29 to October 17. All education will be free for KT&G’s social contribution to the youth.
 
From this session, in addition to official participants of Sangsang Marketing School, ‘open lecture’ of marketing available for every college student will be newly introduced. In this event, So-called ‘well-known’ in the field, marketers including professor Seo Kyungduk, a Korean promotional expert famous for Dokdo Campaign abroad, and a team manager of Google, Mr. Kim Tae-won, who wrote ‘A Young Googler’s Letter to the Dead Passion’, will give their lectures.
 
A person concerned in KT&G said “The Sangsang Marketing School will be done with the largest scale and the best lecturers in 13 cities and towns, unlike other programs concentrated in Seoul and metropolitan area. And Competitive presentation is not just a contest. It will be given feedback by local mentors and is managed as a space of experience and communication to learn team work and planning ability.”
