KT&G invites the participants for ‘My First Concert’ program which provides solo concert opportunity for talented rookies until January 20.

‘My First Concert’ is a newly introduced program by KT&G in 2016 in order for new musicians to have their own concert regardless of unpopularity or venue rental fee burden. Eligible candidates include musicians preparing for their first album concert without previous experience of a concert with 100 or more seats.

Candidates may apply via KT&G Sangsang Madang webpage ( http://my1stconcert.sangsangmadang.com ). For selected musicians, KT&G provides sound equipment and publicize performance for free of charge with minimum venue rental fee. Concerts are to be held at KT&G Sangsang Madang located in Seokyo-dong, Seoul on last Sunday of each month between March and October.

KT&G has strived to expand the base of Korean music. The company has discovered talented musicians via ‘Band Incubating’ program since 2007 and supported musicians who are neither popular nor young by introducing ‘S.around’ program in 2014.
