246 KT&G to Recruit New Employees 2016.09.27

KT&G(CEO Bok-in Baek) recruits new employees through 2016 open recruitment.


Any graduate of a four-year college and who is scheduled to graduate in February 2017 may apply for one of four job functions including general management, production, raw material and R&D. Candidates with passion for his or her job and diverse experience, who will grow together with KT&G, will be considered with priority rather than those with outstanding GPA, English test scores, or popularity of major selection in college.


Recruitment process includes examining career papers, interview for job capability, final interview by executives and medical checkup. Candidates are required to join camp training for job capability interview to assess his or her personality and ability. Applications are accepted through KT&G recruitment website( http://ktng.recruiter.co.kr ) until October 12. Successful candidates will be selected in early December.


KT&G will also hold briefing sessions on its recruitment program in Seoul, Busan, Geonggi, South Chungcheon, South Jeolla and Kangwon region. Briefs will be held at ‘KT&G Sangsang Univ Atelier’, community space for college students activity located in each region. Applicants may receive company introduction, recruitment information, meeting with alumnus with KT&G for advice, and customized consulting from a professional lecturer through mock interview sessions, as well.


A KT&G official said, “Many candidates with the spirit of ‘challenge and co-operation’, who are the right people for KT&G, are expected to apply for 2016 recruitment. KT&G hopes the recruitment may contribute to solving the youth unemployment problem.”
