241 KT&G Invites Participants for “2016 Sangsnag Realization Contest” 2016.08.29


KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) holds “2016 Sangsang Realization Contest”, for which participants may select his or her own theme and apply.


There are three fields of competition – printed advertisement, project proposal and web-contents related to (a) CSR plans, (b) culture and art and (c) college activities. The key characteristics of this competition is that any participants may choose his or her own sub-topic among 15 corporate key words given.


Application are received from August 29 till September 26 through the competition webpage (contest.ktng.com). The major criteria are suitability, creativity and completeness. After two rounds or review and workshops, prize-winning teams will be announced on November 30 through the final presentation review.


The competition will be held in the form of “Sangsang Funding Award System” where prize and prize money depends of the voting of judges. KRW 26 million in total will be awarded for 15 teams. In addition, the three teams winning the Grand Prize will be given opportunities to witness “Asia Pacific Ad Fest”, the largest advertisement festival in Asia.


All adults living in Korea may participate in this program and details can be found on the contest website and Facebook (facebook.com/sangsangfarm).


The person in charge commented that, “the sixth Sangsang Realization Competition since 2010 has been recognized as the best program among competition exhibits. I expect more participants will apply for the contest. From this year on, especially, we changed the contest name in to Sangsang Realization Contest to provide a differentiated service.”
