KT&G (CEO Baek Bok-in) accepts applications for its "2023 Open Recruitment of New and Experienced Employees" until November 7th.

The current recruitment drive spans various fields, including Sales/Marketing, Business Support, Manufacturing, and Raw Materials. Eligible candidates should have graduated from a domestic or overseas four-year university or be anticipated to graduate by February 2024. Submission of foreign language speaking scores is mandatory; however, there are no restrictions on the type of language, grade, or score.

Moreover, those with a qualification in Industrial Safety (Technical) and over five years of relevant experience are being sought for roles in Industrial Safety Planning. Positions in Financial Management are open for those with more than five years of experience in the field.

The recruitment process will include document screening, practical interviews, and executive interviews. The final successful candidates will be announced after a recruitment examination in December. The entire selection process is conducted anonymously to ensure fair recruitment. To enhance the objectivity and reliability of the recruitment process, an AI capability assessment will also be undertaken to verify the applicants' abilities.
