KT&G
(President Bang Kyung-man) begins recruitment for the 18th SangSang
Marketing School in 2025, which offers practical marketing experience for
college students nationwide, until May 12.
SangSang
Marketing School is a marketing education and hands-on training program for
college students that began in 2010, aiming to strengthen their marketing
skills. To date, more than 20,000 college students from across the country have
completed the program.
The program is
open to all university students nationwide, including those on leave of
absence, who are interested in marketing, and applications can be submitted
through the KT&G SangSang Marketing School website (www.ktngssms.com). Participants
selected through a document screening will take part in the program from
May 26 to July 2, based on the results of their individual missions.
The 18th SangSang Marketing School is
structured into two tracks: the Challenger and Hackathon programs. The
Challenger course serves as the foundational program, where students will
attend lectures by industry professionals and engage in marketing idea development
tasks. Based on evaluation results, selected participants will advance to the
Hackathon course, where they will form teams and spend two days and three
nights crafting proposals and competing in presentations. Top-performing teams
will receive cash prizes.
“For over a
decade, SangSang Marketing School has provided practical support to university
students aspiring to become marketers through a range of programs,” said Jang
Ho-yeon, Head of KT&G’s Social Contribution Division. “We hope this year’s
program will also offer valuable experiences and help participants further
develop their marketing capabilities.”
