(CEO Min Young-jin) is to sell for two weeks a limited version of RAISON Ice
Presso dubbed the “Bling Bling Special.” RAISON Ice Presso is currently very
well received by consumers with its two special flavors.
This limited version highlights its refreshing and
distinctive product features by using a special film on the cigarette pack,
adding fun by using the recently coined word “bling,” which means “glittering,”
for the product.
The distinctive features of RAISON Ice Presso released
last July is that when a consumer bursts the ice capsule in the filter, the
unique flavor of RAISON Presso changes into a refreshing flavor, allowing the
concurrent enjoyment of two flavors in one cigarette. As it is gaining
popularity mainly on university campuses where young people are concentrated,
it hit a sales record of more than 2.2 million packs in just one month after
being launched.
KT&G RAISON team leader Kim Gwan-jung said, “RAISON Ice Presso is becoming tremendously popular with
consumers who want a differentiated, cool flavor this summer,” adding that “with the release of this
limited version, preferences for the product are expected to increase.”

product. The price is ₩2,500 per pack.
