KT&G (CEO Kyung-man Bang) Sangsang Madang Busan, in collaboration with The Grimm Entertainment, is hosting a pop-up store for the YouTube channel 'Bbangbbang's Daily Life' until the 31st.
The YouTube channel 'Bbangbbang's Daily Life,' which has 2.35 million subscribers, is an animation content popular among Generation Z for humorously presenting everyday life episodes.
This pop-up store, themed 'Bbangbbangi and Okji's Manmulsang IN Busan Store,' creates a vibrant atmosphere resembling a carnival show, with installations such as a truck model and a large Christmas tree photo zone in the outdoor busking zone and lounge of KT&G Sangsang Madang Busan.
Furthermore, to ensure visitor safety, the pop-up store operates by reservation through KakaoTalk. Visitors without a reservation can use the playing room on the first floor and the idle space on the third floor, where entertainment options like a Bbangbbang-themed four-cut photo booth, figurine gachapon machines, and a doll crane machine are also available.
A KT&G Sangsang Madang representative stated, "KT&G Sangsang Madang operates various programs to expand the cultural diversity of the region and provide new cultural experiences to visitors," and added, "We hope this 'Bbangbbang's Daily Life' pop-up store, being the first held outside the capital region, will bring joy to many and increase interest in Sangsang Madang Busan."
Meanwhile, KT&G Sangsang Madang supports the creative activities of emerging artists and offers extensive cultural experiences to the public. Since its inception at Sangsang Madang Hongdae in 2007, it has expanded to five locations including Nonsan, Chuncheon, Daechi, and Busan, contributing to the expansion of the cultural base and regional cultural development. Sangsang Madang attracts approximately 3 million visitors annually and hosts around 3,000 cultural and artistic programs each year.
