KT&G Sangsang Madang is providing cool relaxation and joy to the public exhausted by the summer heat through a variety of cultural and art programs. 

As a leading complex cultural and art space in Korea, Sangsang Madang operates diverse programs including performances, exhibitions, and education across regions such as Hongdae, Busan, and Chuncheon.

At Sangsang Madang Hongdae, special indie music performances that can be enjoyed in the city are taking place. Continuing to strive in discovering talented musicians, Sangsang Madang Hongdae will host a performance by singer-songwriter Heo Hoy Kyung, known for her emotional melodies and delicate vocal abilities, on August 30th. This will be followed by a solo concert by the rising indie musician Soombee on August 31st.

In Busan, a major summer tourist destination, Sangsang Madang also operates performance and exhibition programs. Sangsang Madang Busan will present a stage by singer-songwriter Kyul, known for her all-around skills in lyric writing, composition, and producing, on August 24th. In addition, the vintage film photography exhibition 'Anonymous Project' will be displayed until September 22nd. 

Sangsang Madang also presents programs for enjoying culture within nature, beyond urban settings. Located by the waterside of Uiamho Lake and boasting beautiful scenery, Sangsang Madang Chuncheon will host 'Mito's Confession,' a new type of play where the audience moves with the actors, from August 22nd for three days. Additionally, the music art exhibition 'Moments of Moments' will be open until October 20th. Sangsang Madang Nonsan, a suburban cultural experience space, will run an abstract art exhibition by young artist Dan Sumin from the Chungcheong region until August 15th.

Meanwhile, KT&G Sangsang Madang supports the creative activities of emerging artists and provides a broad cultural experience to the public. Since the opening of 'Sangsang Madang Hongdae' in 2007, it has expanded to five locations, including Nonsan, Chuncheon, Daechi, and Busan, contributing to the expansion of cultural and artistic reach and the development of regional cultures.  Sangsang Madang attracts approximately 3 million visitors annually and hosts around 3,000 cultural and artistic programs each year.
