KT&G (CEO Baek Bok-in) will host the 6th Disability Artists' Exhibition, 'Over the Rainbow,' at KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae Gallery until the 30th of this month.

This annual exhibition, now in its 6th year, is a collaborative effort between KT&G Sangsangmadang and KT&G Welfare Foundation, aiming to promote art welfare and expand support for creative endeavors within the disabled artist community. The exhibition's 'Over the Rainbow' title symbolizes diverse perspectives and coexistence.

The 6th edition of 'Over the Rainbow' will feature over 130 artworks by 12 selected artists, each offering a diverse perspective on the world. Before this exhibition, these 12 artists engaged in a systematic mentoring program for visual artists, culminating in creating artworks centered around the theme 'Coexistence of Today and Tomorrow.'

Following the Seoul exhibition, KT&G will continue the touring exhibition, with shows at KT&G Sangsangmadang Chuncheon from November 3rd to 14th and at KT&G Sangsangmadang Busan from November 18th to 29th. In addition to the display of this year's selected artists' work, an archive space showcasing five years of support activities will be available. Furthermore, these artworks will also be presented at the '2023 Seoul Art Show' in December. Detailed information about the exhibition can be found on the KT&G Sangsangmadang website.

Notably, this exhibition will adopt a 'Barrier Free' format, featuring Braille alongside all printed materials and providing sign language interpretation and subtitles for videos, creating an inclusive space where both disabled and non-disabled individuals can freely appreciate the exhibition.
