On December 16th, KT&G (CEO, Bok-In Baek) successfully held "The 4th Imagination Summit", an expert forum to revitalize social venture ecosystem. 

The "Imagination Summit', which was held at the "KT&G Imagination Planet" in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, was attended by experts from different fields such as venture investment industry and young entrepreneurs as speakers. In addition, about 250 people, including young people who are dreaming of becoming social innovation entrepreneurs, attended the forum online and offline through early registration. The recorded forum will be available on YouTube Channel, 'KT&G Imagination Planet' from December 22. 

This forum with the theme of "an innovative path created by the future generation" was organized to support the revitalization of the startup ecosystem and seek direction of start-up investment led by future generations. In line with these purposes, lectures and discussions were held under the theme of , , and . The main keynote speakers were Young-Jae Ryu (CEO of Sustinvest), Won-Jung Park (Director of Lush Korea) and Min-Kyung Kim (CEO of Treadngroove and a tenant of the Imagination Planet).

In addition, the forum strengthened communication with future generations by unveiling the "KT&G Imagination Planet Metaverse World", which reproduces the actual Imagination Planet in the metaverse platform. As it is open to the public, people can look around the spaces of Imagination Planet using their own avatars and tenant employees can hold meetings and business agreement ceremonies in the metaverse. 

Since 2018, KT&G has held the "Imagination Summit" every year and the previous themes were "Four key elements for fostering social innovation entrepreneurs (1st)", "Various forms of innovation (2nd)", and "A city for social innovators (3rd). Additionally, it has provided full support to find and foster social innovation entrepreneurs by operating the "Imagination Startup Camp" since 2017. As these startup support programs were recognized for its excellence, KT&G was awarded the Presidential Commendation for "Social and Economic Merits" in July.

Young-Ah Shim, chief of the social contribution department of KT&G said, "This Imagination Summit was a meaningful place to share the rapidly changing trends of future genetations' social innovation startup. We will continue to support to solve the youth unemployment issues and revitalize the startup ecosystem."
