KT&G (CEO Min Young-jin) is selling a special version of BOHEM CIGAR 19+ALPHA for three weeks in celebration of having exceeded the cumulative sales volume mark of 10 billion BOHEM CIGARS, and in appreciation of customer support.  

BOHEM CIGAR 19+ALPHA is a product that contains 19 cigars with the existing BOHEM CIGAR wrapped in ordinary cigarette paper, and one cigar made with cigarette paper containing cigar leaves. Consumers can enjoy the uniquely full and rich flavor of BOHEM CIGAR through the 19 cigars, as well as experience the natural fragrance of a cigar through the cigar rolled up in cigarette paper that contains cigar leaves.

For this product, technology that wraps different kinds of cigarettes in one pack, and a cigar wrapping technology that rolls up cigarette paper containing cigar leaves were used. In particular, the technology of mixing cigarettes of different kinds was developed and commercialized by KT&G in 2010 for the first time in Korea.

For the product pack, a ribbon shape was designed on the front to give the effect of a gift while maintaining the color and design of the existing BOHEM CIGAR, thereby expressing the special image and value that one cigarette that is made with a cigar wrapper may convey.

KT&G’s BOHEM team leader Kwon Min-seok said, “The BOHEM CIGAR product line, which is the first cigarette in Korea that contains cigar leaves, has gained increasing popularity among young people since its release in August, 2007, and exceeded a cumulative sales volume of 10 billion cigarettes as of the end of last month,” adding that “through this product, we extend our thanks to our customers for their unfailing love of BOHEM CIGAR.”

BOHEM CIGAR 19+ALPHA will be released in the three types: BOHEM CIGAR NO.1, NO.3, and NO.6, and nicotine and tar content are the same as the existing products. The price is the same as the existing price: ₩2,500.
