KGC Yebon – KG International has signed an MOU to develop natural materials and products.
- KGC Yebon, an affiliate of KT&G, through this MOU, is taking its first step to tap into the Chinese-speaking markets
KGC Yebon, a subsidiary of KT&G, and KG international, a Taiwanese health supplement company, on Sep 1, have signed an MOU to develop natural health supplements materials and products.
As a result of this MOU, the two companies will cooperate to develop natural material and implement that into business. KGC Yebon will undertake manufacturing, and KG International will be in charge of distribution of the products in the Chinese-speaking markets. The two companies has built a collaborative relationship to conquer the Chinese-speaking markets such as Taiwan and China.
Chul-ho Kang, the CEO of KGC Yebon, has commented that KGC Yebon is dynamically doing business as a manufacturer specialized in the development of natural material for pharmaceuticals and health supplements. He said he was hoping this MOU would allow KGC Yebon to grow along with KG International in the global markets.
The CEO of KG International, Gao-kin Gyun, said that “KG International prioritizes the clients’ health, and is well aware of the needs of the Chinese-speaking consumers. He wished that KG International’s knowledge, together with KGC Yebon’s technology, would generate significant synergies in their natural products R&D and market penetration.
KGC Yebon, an affiliate of KT&G Group, manufactures natual medicine and core ingredients for health supplements, and is developing new ingredients and manufacturing techniques. Besides, KG International, the Korean subsidiary of [균생구분유한공사]KyungSengKubun Ltd. Of Taiwan, is developing, producing, and distributing health supplements based on Chinese herbal medicine.
