KT&G(CEO: Mr. Min Young-jin) recruits participants to the ‘Sangsang Career Camp’ to provide college students customized consulting related to finding jobs. 
 
The ‘Sangsang Career Camp’ is KT&G’s distinctive social contribution program planned to offer practical help to college students who are in trouble to find jobs, introducing so-called ‘Career Doctor system’ which provides providing various diagnostic program and individual mentoring for 100 hours, to diagnose the participants’ career preparation comprehensively.

The participants will present in special lectures consisting of introduction of job, self-introduction, and image making for 3 nights and 4 days.  Then, through personality test, interview rehearsal, and team building activities, they will complete various preparatory activities for career. In particular, two-way communication program including ‘Meeting with senior in career by sector’ and ‘conversation with career doctor’, they will have a chance for diagnosis and prescription, which is very practical help.

The applicants will be screened through documental evaluation and the final 100 participant will be selected on July 28th. The ‘Sangsang Career camp’ will be held in KT&G Human Talent Development Institution in the forthcoming August 19th.
