The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family provides ‘family-friendly workplace’ certification for companies and public organizations with a high level of family-friendly work environment. The company promotes employees to go to paid annual holidays so they may achieve the best work-life balance. And it also provides family-friendly programs including kids camping for the children of employees.

Mr. Bok-in Bak, the CEO of KT&G, said ‘I wish the newly introduced various leave and vacation programs designed for better quality of life would enhance the energy and synergy of employees at work also at home’ in his New Year’s address.

The person concerned within KT&G said, the company will ensure internal stability of family-friendly programs based on the company philosophy, ‘human capital is the core asset of a company’ and also continuously endeavor to help its employees achieve work-life balance for better life.
