KT&G to Host “2016 Korea Design Challenge”

Promising ideas will be selected based on criteria including design and marketability, and will be produced through workshops with design professionals. Winning designs will be produced and distributed with Peleg brand in 30 countries worldwide, and submitted to 2017 Maison & Object in Paris, France, the largest interior outfit exhibition in the world, as well.
KT&G hosted the first Korea Design Challenge with Kikkerland, a global design distribution company, in 2013. Ten selected ideas have been distributed to 30 countries and many design ideas are ready for world-wide distribution after production. The unique social responsibility program hosted by KT&G is known to be a contributor for helping Korean designers with design development and promoting the superior quality of Korean designs of new designers in overseas markets.
