KT&G Officers and Employees Act as Guardians of Our Cultural Assets
About 60 officers and employees from the KT&G head office carried out the activity of protecting cultural asset at the Historic Site No.199 Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs in Samseong-dong Seoul.

On
the October 25, about 60 officers and employees from the KT&G head office carried
out the activity of protecting cultural assets at the Historic Site No.199 “Seolleung
and Jeongneung Royal Tombs” in Samseong-dong, Seoul, removing wood splinters and
twigs from around the tombs.
KT&G
has selected 100 cultural asset sites scattered across the country since August
to protect, and will disclose local cultural properties that are beyond the
reach of proper management, and has since performed preservation activities by
assigning one cultural property to one department to take care of.
