KT&G(CEO, Baek Bok In) will recruit 150 college students in their second to fourth grades who prepare for employment by August 7 and provide employment counseling in ‘Sangsang Career Dining’.

'Sangsang Career Dining' is a career counseling program developed by KT&G for university students. Participants can get in-depth career counseling with in-service executives in large companies and get help set up career directions and set specific career goals

In May, KT&G surveyed college students, and 41.4 percent of the respondents said they need the advice on job hunting the most from incumbents who first experienced the job market. Unlike the past, which had a high preference for practical education programs, it was analyzed that assistants were needed to help solve the experience of college life with their own strengths.

'Sangsang Career Dining' is a program that fits these trends. We borrow a popular restaurant in a region that has become popular with college students recently, and let them have dinner with experts in a relaxed atmosphere to share their concerns and information about employment.

To participate in 'Sangsang Career Dining', you can complete and submit the application form in Sangsang univ. website (Sangsanguniv.com). A total of 150 people will be selected, 30 people from each of the five areas (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon) after the document review, and it will be held once in each area during the period from August 23 to September 5.

A KT&G official said, "The trend in preparing for job these days is that I am looking for a job that I like and can do well by consulting with my seniors In the future, we will offer a variety of programs such as 'Sangsang Career Dining' and 'Marketing School' so that college students will gain courage.
