KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) recruits college graduates for 2018. Candidates may apply at KT&G HR webpage (
) between September 14 and October 1.
Four-year college graduates or students graduating in February 2019 may apply for one of the seven divisions including general affairs, finance, IT, global business, production, raw material, SCM and R&D. KT&G will hire the professionals with experience in the fields of finance, real estate, patent, IT, HR, production and raw material. The candidates with a high school diploma with recommendation from his or her Meister’s or Characterization high school principal may apply as well.
The recruiting process will include document examining, personality & aptitude test, job competency interview, and board member interview. The blind recruitment process does not review on age, name of school, nor hometown. KT&G has adopted this process to select the best candidate with the business knowledge and practical business ability since 2008. The final candidates will be selected in early December.
Regardless of the challenging business environment amid intensifying competition and strengthening regulation against tobacco, KT&G has recruited the employees with a high school diploma and maintained the number of college graduates since 2012 to create jobs for the youth.
