KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) invites the participants for Sangsang Compass Camp 3, a career support program for college students until January 3.

The program will be conducted in the form of three days and two nights seminar. The curriculum will include special lectures on jobs, personal career roadmap building and career consulting.

This camp will be enforced with the career search process by industry and company, together with mentoring by professional career consultants. An exclusive mentor will be assigned to each student during the camp period for individual consulting as well.

Sangsang Compass Camp started in April 2016 and have received positive feedbacks regarding career consulting program for college students. The accumulated number of applicant amounts to approximately 3,000 with the average competition ratio of 15:1.

KT&G also have held 'Sangsang Career Camp', a program offering one-on-one career consulting to college students by school year and level since 2014. A total of about 8,300 students applied for six Sangsang Career Camps with average competition ratio of 14:1.

Any college student may apply to join Sangsang Compass Camp program. Applications are accepted through Sangsang Univ website( www.sangsanguniv.com ). After the screening process, 100 participants will be selected. The program will run through Jan 31 to February 2, and takes place at KT&G Human Resource Development Center.
