KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) will invite participants for the 8th Sangsang Realization Contest – Share Your Imagination, by which participants may share their social contribution activity and encourage participation.

Applicants pay apply to one of three categories including Essay on personal experience, Printing Advertisement and Project Proposal related to social contribution. Essay category will be introduced for the first time to provide an opportunity that participants may share their social contribution experience via KT&G and encourage more people to participate in the social contribution activities as well.

Applicants may submit essay between October 12 and 27. Project proposal will be received via the webpage contest.ktng.com between November 6 and 20. Essay category winners will be announced on November 3. For printing advertisement and project proposals, final competition presentation is scheduled to be held on December 8 for those who passed two screening processes and workshop run by renowned judges including the celebrity copywriter, Cheol Jeong.

Sangsang Funding Award system will be applied to Printing Advertisement and Project Proposal so the ranking and cash award will be decided by the number of votes won by the judges. Essay winners will be selected by its own screening process. 22 winners for those categories will receive a total sum of 27 million and 800 thousand Korean won.
