260 KT&G Recruits College Graduates for 2017 2017.09.18


KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) recruits college graduates for 2017. Candidates may apply at KT&G HR webpage ( http://ktng.recruiter.co.kr ) until October 11.


Four-year college graduates or graduating students in February 2018 may apply for six divisions including general affairs, IT, production, raw material, SCM and R&D. The blind recruitment process does not review on age, name of school, nor hometown. KT&G has adopted this process to select the best candidate with the business knowledge and practical business ability since 2008.


The recruiting process will include document examining, job competency interview, board member interview and medical checkup. Competency interview takes two-days and one-night for multilateral evaluation on the candidates’ personality and capability. The final candidates will be selected in early December.


KT&G introduced Job Essay for job competency evaluation for the first time. The interviewees who won’t make it to the next level will also receive feedbacks individually for their future job seeking efforts.
