279 KT&G Expand Sangsang Closet Program to Lend Interview Suits at 12 Colleges Nationwide 2017.09.14

KT&G(사장 백복인)가 취업준비생들의 경제적KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) expands ‘Sangsang Closet’ program to lend interview suits to job seeking students from existing eight colleges to twelve colleges


Sangsang Closet is a social contribution program started in last September. Job seeking students may borrow interview suits, ties, belts and even shoes at a closet with fitting rooms located in the college campus.


Sangsang Closet, funded by ‘Sangsang Fund’ prepared by KT&G employees’ volunteer contribution, has received a great response from college students with 286 monthly users on average with a total of 3,433 borrowers since its opening.


KT&G has operated the program at eight colleges including Chonnam National University and Chungnam National University and decided to expand to Kyonggi University, Pukyung National University, Andong National University, and Chungbuk National University.


KT&G will provide interview-related programs including interview styling, image-making, and portrait shots shooting as well.


A related official of KT&G said, “I have received growing demand for Sangsang Closet installation from colleges. In accordance with the government policy, KT&G will expand its efforts to a variety of job-seeking support programs to contribute to youth unemployment elimination.
