Until January 3, KT&G (CEO Bok-in Baek) invites participants for the 2nd “Sangsang Compass Camp”, a career exploration program for college students

The Sangsang Compass Camp, a career support program prepared by KT&G, will provide career consulting for college students having a tough time deciding on his or her career. Participants will be consulted based on the capability diagnosis and job analysis

The program will be conducted in the form of three days and two nights seminar. The curriculum will include ‘special job lecture’ by detailed field for diversified opportunity, and newly introduced ‘job consulting’ for through career mentoring. An exclusive mentor will be assigned for detailed consulting during the whole session. 

All college students may apply to join the program. Applications are accepted through Sangsang Univ website( www.sangsanguniv.com ). After the screening process, 100 participants will be selected. The program will run through February 1 to 3, and take place at KT&G Human Resource Development Center.

KT&G also have held “Sangsang Career Camp”, a program offering one-on-one career consulting to college students since 2014. The Sangsang Career Camp will keep inviting participants next year also and potential candidates may choose one program according to his or her choice.

I wish the systematic career development sessions of Sangsang Compass Camp including more detailed job exploration sessions and enhanced mentoring program could help the students advance to suitable fields.
